For many many years Bridgitte has been her own worst nightmare.
She would beat herself up at every opportunity that she got. She never believed she was good enough, strong enough, beautiful enough, smart enough or worthy enough to think that she could ever be anything.
A few years ago she realised that she wasn't loving herself, giving herself the props she deserved.
Since coming to the understanding of herself being so much more than she could have ever believed, her world has changed and is like a revolving door at the moment with many new opportunities and experiences being put in front of her.
If Bridgitte had continued to speak to herself with the clear self hate she had rather than the self love she is now giving herself her world would still feel like it was closing in around her, not knowing what to do, how to do it, and believing it would be a failure if she had decided to at least take a step.
There is nothing more important to your life than speaking with love to yourself.
That is the only thing that will ever move you, stop you having crappy relationships and it is the only thing that will create a world within you that everything truly feels amazing.
